Returns Policy
At No Odd Socks, it is extremely important to us that our customers are happy with their purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please email us at hello@nooddsocks.co.nz or send a message via our contact form.
Our policy is as follows -
We accept returns for items purchased directly from No Odd Socks within 30 days of the purchase date.
To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in unused and resalable condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
We do not accept returns for sale items or items that have been worn, washed, or damaged due to misuse.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped). We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that your return is received.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will get in touch. If approved, you can choose either a refund to your original payment method or an exchange for a different item of equal value, subject to availability.
Please allow up to 7 business days for us to process your return after receiving the returned item(s). Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and it may take a few additional business days for the funds to appear in your account.
